Window World of Western Massachusetts

We had a ton of work done this summer by these guys and I really can't speak more highly of their work and professionalism. Siding, foam insulation, front porch replacement and most recently a crew replaced a large 2 pane fixed picture window with new double hung opening windows. They showed up right on time, did a great job and completely cleaned up after themselves. Crew leader Ryan, with Kyle and Tyler were GREAT! Thanks guys and thanks Window World!

My wife and I are very pleased with our new windows and saw a big difference in the warmth of our home right away. The drafts are all gone and it's nice to be able to sit or walk by a window without feeling the cold air seeping in. The crews that you sent were very professional and kept us informed throughout the day. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed. Mother Nature and all the snow that surrounded our home didn't stop these guys and not once did anyone complain. They stayed late until the job was completed and then we did a walk through to inspect the work. We had a new formal entrance door with sidelights installed by Window World. We are very pleased with the product.  It looks great and is a big improvement over the previous door. We were very pleased with the installers, Jeremy and Adam. They were professional and friendly and worked well together. They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked great. We highly recommend Window World and will certainly consider them for any future projects.

Our first project with Window World of Western Massachusetts was the replacement and installation of 7 bedroom windows in 3 bedrooms and one window in the bathroom (done in the fall of 2023). Ariel and his team arrived a few minutes before the start of their 8am 2-hour arrival window. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful, and especially gracious to our 97-year-old mother. All 8 windows were installed in a very efficient manner with minimal disruption to our morning (Ma actually napped a bit while they were doing their work). The best part of the day’s project was the fact that, once completed, you could not tell they had been there (see pictures). They cleaned up any mess and put everything back in their proper places.
