Top notch experience from start to finish! Met with Matt during the consultation and estimate process. He was knowledgeable, honest and straightforward about the need to replace 20+ original windows from 1957. It was never an upsell or pressure situation, just quality product meets quality results. Plus a lifetime, transferable warranty is something you just don’t see from other companies based on my quotes/research. On top of that, the installer they hired (Kustom Fit Construction) was nothing but amazing. Scheduled an install of 20+ windows and 3 other fittings, over 4 days. They installed 14 large windows in one day and they are perfect. Amazing job! Cannot recommend Window World, Kustom Fit, and their top down experience more!

All who I worked with at Window World were very knowledgeable about their products and installation. The installers did a great job installing my two windows. Wow, what difference it made with noise from the street and cold air coming in.

Ken Paeth came out,was everything I was hoping for, very professional, very direct with a great bid,Then a month or so Later Zac & his co worker came out ,they introduced themselves I had the area ready for them , they brought out the window made sure it was everything I was expecting, & yes it was, They got to work, I took off for a bit , Came back & they already had the bay window removed,one was inside the other outside what a team they we’re great, I couldn’t be more happy, I’m very impressed with the window & professionalism.I would highly recommend Window world. They are the best!

Sales staff are some what friendly. The work is pretty good. I just wish the window and door wrap were a little cleaner look. Trying hang the storm door sucked. Blocking install not bent to match the brick mold. Caulking a little ruff. My grand daughter could have done better with caulking.
