Window Fix made and installed a Phantom retractable screen on my NYC coop balcony door, just in time for lovely spring weather. Ordering was easy and they promptly answered my questions. The installation took about an hour and the installer was very thorough. You can barely see the screen when in use. I have no reservations in recommending them.

we need to replace the roller under a sliding door. my building gave me two companies to consider. I contacted both, WindowFix is quick to respond and sent someone to have a free evaluation. and its quotation is lower of the two we got. so we chose to use WindowFix. The job was done eventually to our satisfaction after three visits from techinicians. the problem is with scheduling and punctuality. The first time two guys did not arrive between the promised 9am-1pm window, they arrived around 3:30pm. Which means that I had to wait for them the whole day, not a pleasant thing for anyone. they came and checked and ordered new rollers; then the second time they promised to be at my place from 9am to 1pm. no sign of them coming around 12:30pm and they said that the technicians would
