Just wanted to finally take the time to give a most deserved ‘thank you’ to the WindowPro Team for their professional service—from the initial call/home consultation, follow-up calls, and excellent installation and cleanup… I also appreciate the early November install (scheduled sooner than was expected). The seven Marvin fiberglass windows have performed so very well during this big winter chill!

Working with Patrick was wonderful. Prompt, knowledgeable, and beyond capable. We’re so happy with the result. Both feel so solid and install was perfect. Only issue we have is it has set a new bar for our expectations for all installers and we know it’ll be hard to beat. Thank you to that whole team for the communication and thoroughness

WindowsPro was a great company to work with from the salesman to the installers. The salesman did not pressure us to buy on the spot (much appreciated) and answered many questions during our decision process. The windows were installed without a hitch and the workers couldn't have been nicer. The Marvin windows are fabulous and we are completely happy with our windows. I highly recommend this company.

I interviewed 5 companies in the course of a week, Window Pro won the bid based on product, performance and professionalism. They were very helpful and competitive priced. I did not give them five stars because they did not follow up after the windows were installed. They did correct that a few weeks later.

From start to finish an excellent experience. Excellent product, fair price, engaging , knowledgable, and professional personell, specifically Paul Windel (sales) and Walter (service). It was a large project, and there were some issues that were professionally and quickly resolved. I am still impressed with the service I received from Paul and Walter. Thanks guys.
