This is the 2nd time I’ve used Windowrama and I’m extremely happy with the results. Project manager Jeff Chaplar and installer CCC made sure everything was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. They removed and took away all old windows and waste and left my house and property clean. I highly recommend them. Also, the salesperson, Jerry McQuillan, was very knowledgeable and helpful in working with me to come up with the most affordable, functional, and beautiful replacements to my old windows. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Windowrama Bellmore- bad review part 2 - bought a screen door - installation was terrible- drilled hole in wrong place- door never closed well. less than two years later, it’s falling apart, went to Wonderama to complain and they would not even give us the time of day. Said we had to contact Anderson. They were not responsible for anything. This has been their attitude from the moment we dealt with them. This complaint is regarding our back door. We also ordered a front screen door and they brought the wrong color the first time, when they brought the replacement, it was the wrong swing direction Really terrible - Would never recommend

The entire process from sales to installation was seamless. The installation team, NCM, and the project supervisor, Jeff Chaplar, were both great to work with. The installation team did a great job installing all the windows and cleaned everything up after they were done. I would definitely recommend WindowRama to anyone looking to replace doors and windows in their home!!

While it did take longer than initially expected, we ordered a set of screen doors for the front and back, thankfully we took the extra time as the front needed a non-standard size. While everything was installed very nicely, there was an issue with the window in the back door. The service tech arrived on time and luckily it was a quick fix. Love the new doors.

I walked in there twice over the past few weeks and was ignored. I called on the phone to ask a couple of questions and the sales rep could not give me a definitive answer on anything. His answer to every question was, “can’t do that.” What a waste of time?! Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.
