I worked with Wayne Lynch from this branch and had a wonderful experience installing my own Andersen windows. He was extremely knowledgeable during the ordering process since we were replacing all of our windows ourselves. After the delivery and during install he was still very responsive to any issues we had, including some hardware swaps which was exchanged at our local store free of charge, and even helped with a service request after one of our new windows was broken. Highly recommend working with Wayne and Windowrama for an Andersen window purchase.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Andrew Rodriguez from Post Sales Service Associate, this morning. I had an a small issue where the lever from the blinds fell off the track. He not only gave the resources to fix it, but walked me through step by step and stayed with me on the phone until it was done. The windows and sliding glass doors are amazing. But I value and appreciate the amazing customer service I was given to fix the issue. Andrew is an important asset to your team and he was incredibly helpful! Thank you Andrew!

Terrible!!!!! Went to the Orange Ct location 8/30/25 and asked for a storm door LOCK. Waited one week only to get a handle set, that was sent back and again with a different sales person the wrong item was ordered. I explained exactly what I needed, even showed him on one of their store room doors what I needed. Two weeks later, the wrong item again!!! Was told they could order the correct item and it would be another two weeks. I asked them to cancel the order all together. Made a few calls to the store to follow up on my refund…. Never got a return call and when I did get through it was as if I was begging for something that I wasn’t entitled to. Finally called the corporate office and was told to speak to CARLOS. Of course it went to voice mail and he never returned my call either. Mad

I spoke with Allie at WindowRama today. Back in June, I bought a storm door made by Anderson out of their clearance section. When I installed the door, I did not realize that there was no lock mechanism in the door. I explained this to Allie and she answered all of my questions and assisted me in finding what I needed. Allie went above and beyond to assist me. On top of that, her professionalism and courtesy was top-notch. I wish every time I called a store for CustomerService or help with something I could have a representative like Allie to help me.

I had to replace parts for a glide window from 2002. I brought it in and was pleasantly surprised when the parts department went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they provide me the parts… they provided me with a courtesy and actually put the necessary parts into the window for me!!! The proceeded to tell me exactly how to reinstall the window back at home. I couldn’t be happier. I always use this location and again here is another example of why… Excellent customer service from every department..! Thanks again.
