Jen was very helpful. I was quite the problem child with several iterations of what I was trying to do. I am not a contractor so you can imagine the level of patience she needed with me. I ended up going in a completely different direction and she was willing to help me the entire time. Her level of service never changed regardless of if we had to go back to the drawing board.

Horrific customer service generally lack of empathy or understanding of my needs, I mean when I asked questions the male representative (Arthur Naruszewicz l) Look at me like I should know the answers to my questions. The female representative walked in with her lunch and didn’t greet me. I’m not the type to play the race game,, but these people made me extremely uncomfortable and just to think I’m in the market for doors and windows, but I’d rather take my business elsewhere. Hope Whoever reads this, don’t have the same experience I did. God Bless

We recently had new windows installed at our home in Goshen, CT by WindowRama out of the Brookfield, CT showroom. After first having Renewal By Anderson come out and give us their astronomical cost estimate we then had Joe Capello come the next day to give us WindowRama’s estimate. Joe was extremely detailed in discussing how WindowRama would have to treat the job as new construction, and Joe proceeded to explain exactly how the new windows would be installed. WindowRama’s price for the same Anderson 100 series was half of the Renewal By Anderson price. We signed the contract that night. From there, the amiable, knowledgable and always-available company rep Jason Timm took over and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. Jen is always very knowledgeable about the products, requirements, and has great ideas to help achieve a superior outcome to all my projects. Most times reminding me of potential issues so orders are correct the first time. She's a great person and always happy to help change a quote to fit a change order. Indispensable! From design to delivery your people are very helpful and that's what you want from a local supplier!
