We have been a client for many years. If there is an issue with a light, they immediately respond and take care of it quickly. Very efficient and easy to work with.
This was a good experience working with Windy City. Very professional - minimally disruptive install and nice bright new energy efficient lighting.
I called them, because I was unsure of which light bars I needed. They helped me decide and got my parts ordered easily. Now I have no problems seeing under the mezzanine.
We did the LED replacement through the comed program and installation was done in a day in our offices and warehouses. Lighting with LED was much brighter and the few times we had bulbs go out, they were replaced with no issue. Highly recommended.
Windy City Lighting did a great job replacing the lights in our main plant. They were easy to work with and very responsive.
