In December of 2022, we were faced with a flooded basement from a burst water pipe resulting in damage to almost 1,200 sq ft of finished area. We spent the first three months working with different remodelers who weren’t transparent in their pricing and seemed to treat us like another number. This led to frustration and a complete disconnect altogether. I really couldn't recommend Wineteer more highly. We've had three projects done with them, two bath/shower remodels and a staircase repair. Everyone was really wonderful to work with, both in our home and over the phone. We had clear and consistent communication before, during, and after. The work is great quality, done at the price and timeline discussed beforehand. We remodeled the master bathroom for my aging parents before they moved into a new home and chose Wineteer construction to do the project. They were extremely professional from the very start and helped guide us through the project step by step. We were particularly interested in designing a bathroom with aging in place in mind. They were great in making thoughtful design suggestions that I didn’t even consider that would allow for my parents to safely age in place in their new home. We selected Wineteer Construction for 2 projects: remodeling our Primary Bath and our Kitchen. Each project was extensive with complete tear out and redesign. The advice, communication, and craftsmanship was excellent throughout both projects. The 2 projects were several months apart and complete by 2 different teams, and both teams were very professional. I do not hesitate to recommend them for home remodeling needs.
