What a scam? $99 for a tech to come and diagnose what is wrong with my fridge. the amount would then be applied to the repair cost. The tech MISDIAGNOSE the problem, chose to say the control board needed to be replaced (most expensive fix) but also stated the fan motor need to be replaced (but the fan was working). He left and I waited for an estimate which I had to call them and they said the parts are no longer manufactured for my sub-zero. I called Box appliance and a tech diagnose the issue to be the evaporator thermistor. Fixed and working fine. WINLINE is a SCAM!!!!!!!! they lied about parts not made anymore and misdiagnosed the problem for $99! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

The worst vendor I have come across in my life. I had them come and fix my Sub-Zero refrigerator in November 2024. They changed the Compressor and Evaporator for the fridge side (no issues on freezer side ever) and charged me approx. $5K. The refrigerator stopped cooling in July 2025 and I have been calling them constantly since July - multiple calls a week, sometimes multiple calls a day. Finally a technician by the name Dmitri showed up in November’2025 and after diagnosing said a thermostat is bad and he will come back to fix it. They quoted me ~$1400 for the thermostat change (they charge through the nose). Dmitri said part needs to be ordered and showed up in early December and told my wife he got the wrong part and will show up following week. That is the last we have seen anyone fro

Strongly recommend avoiding this company! Stated they were Dacor specialists, charged a $99 fee to inspect (which can be applied if they do the service), and then stated they would give me an estimate after researching for parts, as it is an older appliance. No estimates were given. I called several times, and each time " ... sorry we will check on it..." , but no return calls. finally they admitted that they couldn't get the parts. They couldn't install a new one either; apparently they are not Dacor specialists! This is an unreliable company.

I had a 20 year old Wolf rang. My oven went out and Winline sent a very knowledgeable technician. I needed two new motherboards and he return in 24 hour hours and fixed it! He also cleaned an area above the above underneath and it was amazing!!cleaned up any mess, courteous and knowledgeable. Terrific service!!!!

Extremely competent. Dimitri knew exactly what was wrong with our SubZero refrigerator, ordered parts and submitted a proposal that I approved. Showed up as scheduled the next day with all new components and installed them quickly and efficiently. A very satisfying experience with Winline.
