Winnebago Liquid Waste

Incredible team of experts who really enjoy what they do. Our company replaced a vinyl liner for a client of ours, and had 20,000 gallons of water that we needed to get out of the pool to do the job. Life savers.

I have VERY limited options for septic service providers at my location. I call winnebago liquid waste almost every year to see if they’ll service my holding tank and they refuse every time with no explanation why. The first time I called them, the first thing I asked was if they were accepting new clients and they said yes. I gave them my address, lady put me on hold, then came back on and said actually we aren’t accepting new clients. Have called a couple times since, just to check and it’s the same every time. Not sure why, they’ve never given me an explanation, although I see them drive past my house all the time. Wow, great company. Called Jeff this morning about my tanks being full, house was backing up. Tanks were supposedly pumped this week by another company, not sure what happened. I called at 9:15 am and they were emptied by 10:45 am. We have holding tanks, so I am moving my pumping needs to them. Beyond impressed!

I have been using WLW for a while to pump my holding tank throughout the year and have always been happy with the. Recently I ended up needing an emergency pumping. I made the call to Jeff at 6 am that day. He answered right away and was great to work with on the phone. There was a truck sent out soon after to take care of my tank. On top of that the additional charge for a short notice service was very minimal. I was very pleased with the service and the price. Thank you for the help WLW!!

It’s hard to overstate my satisfaction. We had a plugged septic tank line. Jeff was very helpful over the phone troubleshooting the issue and was able to have someone come out first thing next morning. I learned a lot about my system and how it works, very knowledgeable. The tech was able to drain the tank, access a service port that I didn’t know was buried, and cleared the blockage.
