Definitely 5 stars! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I was looking for some very specific parts and everywhere else I went never took my business seriously. Alex, however, went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me find affordable solutions! I will definitely only be going to them for now on!

I have been going to this place at least 18 years. I annoyed Henry Hamblen for years because I didn’t know what I needed. I met Alex in 2022 when I needed a couple things for a small project at my house. I’m not sure why Winsupply didn’t pop into my head first but I called three other supply houses in Nashville. Every place and person was unresponsive or very delayed and acted like I owed them something. I needed three 300 ft rolls of 1-1/2 pex, not a big order I know. Alex was absolutely on top of it. Repeated what I said to ensure correct product and called me back with quote in less than 10 minutes. Win was the cheapest but I don’t care about that. I will not waste another minute of my life calling idiots. Go to Winsupply for your plumbing supply needs.
