They had the parts, after first saying no? Melissa looked at again and found ALL the parts... there were two more than I thought! There are 2 entrances, the one you see from the picture/road and another one on the side! The one on the side has the parts and tools. I will add the picture. If you are looking for huge wire ties, this is the place to go! PS: you can get to parts thru the front showroom door (I did!).
