Highly recommend using Winsupply in Manchester for all things plumbing and related. I can't say enough about Melissa and how helpful she was in selecting the perfect fixtures for our master bathroom project. With endless options available, Melissa's insight and touch for design helped us quickly select a perfect combination. I also didn't realize just how much the store offers, including some vanity options. Thanks for your help Melissa and Winsupply!

The show room staff is not good, went in 2 times to try to pick out items for a bathroom (after calling to set up an appointment and was told to just show up anytime and someone could help) and the women was too busy and called someone who had no idea and wasted 2 hours to be told the women would call back. Waited days no response, called to set up appointment two more times no call back went into store again one more time was there 15 minutes and no one even looked at us. They are a waste of time.

Called at 2pm and got left on hold for 30 mins, called back multiple times and nobody answered before they closed at 4pm. Can’t ever get ahold of this place over the phone.

Amazing experience here. I can't give enough good reviews. Thankful to Melissa for her help. She stunned me with her product knowledge and familiarity with the services I needed. She did a great job to help me with work I couldn't have done without her. Very impressive knowledge with all her company offers. Great service that I highly recommend!

Very rude customer service. Wouldn't answer any questions and had no knowledge of water pumps which I brought with me for a small replacement part. Service rep didn't even want to look at the pump and told me to go to a hardware store or Home Depot. He either couldn't be bothered to help or hard zero knowledge of water pumps. But also felt ignored because I'm not a licensed male plumber.
