If I could give less than one star I would! Winn Supply has the WORST customer service I have encountered in quite a while. Not only is their service non-existent they are rude and arrogant! I came into Winn's on a Friday afternoon looking for a specialty ($$$) bathroom faucet. I looked around the showroom and after awhile a person came out and asked what I wanted. I told her. I continued looking around. She then told me she would be able to help me find what I needed if I made an appointment and returned at a later date. there was no one else in the showroom. The next Monday at 8:30AM I called to make an appointment and I was told, "I have a 9 o'clock and a 1 o'clock appointment for today so I am booked up for today. I wanted to talk about the EXCELLENT customer service we received from Mark. I spoke to him on the phone the day before coming to pick up our water heater that was still under warranty. He told me exactly what we needed to bring and how to get the service tag off the old unit. He advised me it would take him about 30 minutes (which was very good to know). When we got there we got everything done promptly. My husband and I asked about something else with our shower (completely separate from the water tank) and he let us know the price for the part but also advised us useful information on the brand that we had which was great to know. (He did not gate-keep just to make a sale.) He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He put the items that we also needed to purchase extra next to our vehicle
