I have had such an amazing experience with Winnelson Plumbing Supply in Wallingford, CT and highly recommend them. I have gone to various area supply companies and I didn't receive the service I got with Karla anywhere. Karla is amazing to work with and assisted me with the selection of fixtures for our shower remodel. Karla went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. A would like to share a great example of her expertise, knowledge and professionalism. After I brought home the shower fixtures I selected, I wasn't too convinced on how it would look in our shower. We had a great experience buying our kitchen faucet at Winnelson 4 yrs. ago, all smooth sailing and reasonable prices. Update: Karla is the best, she helped us order replacement parts, (free of charge with Moen warranty), for our Moen kitchen faucet. She is on her game, helpful in any way she can be, we highly recommend Winnelson, both for buying AND follow-up with any problems.

We love Win Supply !!!!! ESPECIALLY Karla ! It began with finding a new toilet. We stopped at Win Supply and met Karla. She advised us on many aspects of the available toilets. Who knew there was that much to know about toilets! Also Karla gave us the names of a couple of plumbers to install it. We were so grateful for a reference for a good plumber! Over the years, we've requested help from Karla for many plumbing issues. She's always been so helpful. Several years ago we did a renovation of our kitchen, again we were at Win Supply asking Karla for advice. She was again very helpful, always a smile and valuable information. She's our go to gal for all things plumbing.

The low water cutoff for my steam boiler died and I someone told me about this place. They did not have the part on hand but the person helping me, he's name is Tyler, offered excellent customer service. Very nice guy. Winsupply's showroom is closed due to the pandemic. It would have been nice to check it out but they are trying to keep people safe.
