So first, as a consumer I never understood that the build quality is different at a place like this (and thus the price) until my tile designer explained that even similarly named models aren’t the same as in a big box store (you see this more clearly on delta’s website for example, with different item numbers for trade vs retail).The quality here is going to be professional quality. My designer recommended I connect with Deb at Winsupply for my renovation project. I had thoroughly browsed delta and brizo online, so when I actually came in, I was already familiar with designs. Of course, seeing it in person changed my choices.
