I have a rental property in Colorado Springs and my tenant called on Tuesday night to tell me the furnace was not blowing hot air. I live in Georgia, so I googled HVAC and found Winterrowd Heating & AC Inc. I was very impressed by the reviews they had online and called them that evening. I spoke to Rodd, very friendly and customer service-focused. He was ready to go check out the system that evening, however, I asked if he could check it on Wednesday. They went over and gave me two options, I could repair it or replace it. I decided to replace it since the unit was 27 years old. On Thursday, they had a new furnace installed in my rental home. Prices are very reasonable - I did not feel at all like they were trying to take advantage of me, especially since i live in another state. Dy
