The electricians were great and did everything professionally and with a smile. What irritated me was their billing. I was charged for the hour, but they also charged me additional 15 minute fee to come to my house. Keep in mind I'm in the same city. That wasn't mentioned and wasn't a separate charge. It was added to their hourly rate, so an additional $37 to the invoice.

I had to upgrade an old circuit panel, and contacted Winters Electric, along with three other highly recommended electrician businesses. Josh came out and gave a clear and very reasonably priced quote, and was flexible when I called back again, requesting another upgrade. Very professional, honest, and clear. My patio exterior house siding outlet did not have voltage, and no circuit breaker was tripped. I called Winters Electric for help. Rocky offered an easy solution that might restore voltage to the patio outlet. Rocky thought it was likely that a bathroom GFCI outlet had been tripped. Resetting that outlet could be the fix I needed. He was exactly correct!!! Thanks to Winters Electric for a speedy solution, and Great Customer Service :)
