WIREONE Electric - Cedar Rapids

Hunter B. was our electrician from WireOne. He was very professional and efficient in his work. He completed the requested work in a timely manner as well as providing additional feedback on other areas outside of the requested work. He was knowledgeable and offered different option levels for us to choose from. He was respectful of our home and was very easy to get along with and talk to while at our home. I have requested him back already to do some additional work for us. I would highly recommend asking for Hunter when choosing WireOne for your electrical needs.

Technician performed work without providing a quote. I felt I was not given any opportunity to approve or decline the work before it began, which seems unethical. He spent 30-45 minutes to replace 6 outlets and charged me $619. I expressed the high cost to the company and they refunded $192. The overall total was $427, which $358 was for labor and $69 for service call. Extremely expensive for a non-complex work. I would not recommend going with them due the inflated cost and the lack of transparency. Although, Josiah is a great person and great to talk to. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with this company, I made a phone call over the weekend and they were nice and got me scheduled for Monday 2/23. My appointment was originally for the evening time but, it got moved up a couple hours. Hunter B. was courteous, knowledgeable, and on time which was awesome! This gentleman brought great knowledge with him to this job, speed and accuracy was on point. Also he was clean, professional, and respectful. He also took the time to understand what we were asking for and went out of his way to make sure it was done without any issues! I would highly recommend Hunter B if you need any electrical work done promptly and correctly

Your employee, Brandon, did an excellent job replacing a lighted ceiling fan with a new model. I bought it months ago and was so happy to finally get it installed in my kitchen. But the main reason I called your company was to have chasing Christmas lights installed, and I am thrilled with the results! Its obvious Brandon is a skilled technician, a literal workhorse in my opinion, and personable as well. I will have your number on speed dial for any future electrical home improvement projects!

Hunter took really great care of us. We have an old house & he listened to the repairs we wanted and made recommendations on jobs we needed. He is very friendly and took time to explain what he was doing. We'd definitely call WireOne again if we need electrical work. And we would definitely request for Hunter to come out.
