Wise Garage Doors

Our aunt living in Washington was wanting to updated her garage doors , opener & fixtures. We ( her nephew and niece) live in another county & assist her at times. We were able to Google the reviews of many in the Washington area. Wise Garage Doors had really awesome reviews. I passed the information on to my aunt and John Wise came within a couple days after quoting her to install all. I had first spoken to him to clarify some info & directions for my aunt. He was patient and understanding with my involvement in getting "The Best" for our aunt . She is so happy he was pleasant, informative and the doors are done. A few years ago I had a problem with my garage door opener. I made three calls in an attempt to get it fixed. John Wise was the only one who returned my call. He came out the next day and the opener worked fine for a few more years. This time when the opener needed replaced John was the only one I called. By this time the garage door also needed replaced. He sent two of his guys out and the opener was replaced in a couple of days. John gave me a very reasonable estimate on replacing the door and it was installed a couple of weeks later. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Wise Garage Doors.
