I have used Wise Guys for a full air conditioning install and ductwork replacement on our beach house in Freeport, TX as well as checking on my parents home for what we thought was an AC issue. Josh, who was the technician that serviced my elderly parents AC was prompt, thorough in his inspection and explanation to me on what the issue was. Prices were very fair and everything was done professionally for both the full install and the most recent checkup. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

Delivery promiseds were not kept on 3 different days. I had to threaten to cancel the order before my replacement filters were finally delivered. Filters were overpriced at $100+ per filter with an additional delivery charge of $15.00 for a round trip from their shop to my house and back to their shop of approximately 5 miles.

Wise Guys always does a great job on maintenance for us. The technician, Kaleb, came over and did troubleshooting of an issue caused by a power surge. He was thorough, informative, friendly, and professional. Overall a 5 star worthy service call. Thanks!
