WISECONNECT

Just had Justin perform an equipment setup for Quantum at my residence. Professional, excellent communication and got the job done. No complaints. I am a technician myself for another company and when I see a good tech in the field I try to give credit where credit is due, credit is due here!

Our field tech Monti came over early (but not too early!), took my request to try to install the modem on the third floor (neither of us were sure it was possible), assessed the situation, figured out how the house was wired (new rental for us) and got our modem up and running right where we wanted it! All in a timely and professional manner.

Technician 'Will Saucier' showed up to fix a broken fiber cable, got yelled by someone over the phone, then disappeared. No answers to our voicemail, no information, no anything. Totally ghosted. Had to call Ziply and request an actual Frontier technician. Hoping the WiseConnect team was just having a terrible day, but very disappointed.

Great bunch of techy types...I felt right at home!
