Edit: I'm adding to this review to reflect that WISSCO reached out about the issue and offered to only charge for the parts they used in their call, not their labor. I very much appreciate them reaching out and addressing the issue in this way. We had trees removed from our property, resulting in damage to one part of our irrigation system. I called WISSCO to have it repaired. At first, WISSCO wanted to wait until spring, but then scheduled a repair appointment. However, the technician arrived late in the day, with no knowledge of what the issue was, and limited time. He started attempting repairs and then left. I had to call WISSCO to schedule a new appointment, as I did not receive a scheduling call as the technician promised. The technician did not show for this next appointment (WISSC

Late May of this year, seeking to prepare for the summer, I contacted Wissco Irrigation to have my sprinkler system activated and to address a known leak in zone 4, situated between my property and my neighbor’s. Melissa, the scheduler, listened to my needs but was only able to offer a Wednesday appointment in early June, which I accepted since my wife would be home. During the first service visit, the technician replaced some equipment and one or two sprinkler heads. However, when I turned the system on, I immediately noticed water pooling in my side yard—an indication the leak persisted. To manage the situation, I switched off the water after each use until I found time to call Wissco again. A technician returned in late June I believe. WOW! Amazing Customer Service. Michael arrived exactly when scheduled. He was aware of the situation I reported on the service request portal and took care of it immediately. I was able to call Heather, the office manager, while he was still here to complete the WiFi connection. I highly recommend WISSCO for all your irrigation needs. The rating only allows 5 ⭐️’s. WISSCO installed my sprinkler system years ago and it still works great. The system start up and shut down services they perform in the spring and fall are always fast and thorough, and their technician Michael Rossi is a nice and knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend him/them.

WISSCO installed an irrigation system at our home in New Buffalo MI a couple of years ago. They beat all competitor bids by considerable margin, completed the job exactly as scheduled and masterfully handled all interior construction to run water feed as needed. For several years now they have been remarkably responsive to a couple of minor repair needs. Opening and closing the system seasonally is not only smooth but enjoyable, as Nick and I have great conversations about lawn care and my own learning curve for the wireless tech to run the system.
