Wisser Coal & Fuel Oil

I wish I could give this place a less then 1 star. The women who answer the phone is an awful, miserable person. She is nasty cuts you off when you are speaking and has zero communication skill . I ordered online in error and completely my fault I think i hit front of house for pump. They arrive Saturday she calls me said he is there pump isn't in front. I apologize and tell her I am new to oil heat and the pump is actually on the side I didn't realize I did that.. She continuously says YOU PUT FRONT YOU PUT FRONT .. i said again sorry i meant side SHE SAYS YOU PUT FRONT CALL BACK LATER... DOESNT DELIVER THEN CHARGES ME $577 FOR THE FUEL THAT SHE DIDNT DELIVERY! They are AWFUL!

Used Wisser Oil for the removal of my old oil tank and instation of a new one. The team that came to my home were great. They set up a temporary oil tank so that I didn't lose heat and hot water during the process as it was very cold outside and I appreciated that. The team were great and I would recommend Wisser to anyone looking to install a new oil tank or have oil delivered. Meghan was great during the process as well as everything was communicated through her.

Since we moved into our home last April, we've used Wisser Coal & Fuel for refilling our home's oil tank. Scheduling with Megan is always an easy and friendly experience. They are always punctual and pleasant when delivering. Today we had our furnace cleaned and serviced. Matt was informative, kind and very thorough with everything he did. He did a great job explaining what he was doing, things to keep an eye on and answered the questions I had. It's a great feeling to support a local business and feel comfortable with the service and employees. Thank you very much to everyone at Wisser Coal & Fuel.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Got a real live person within 2 rings of the phone. They were able to deliver the following day (non-emergency). All of the other companies in the area that I called were quoting me a TWO WEEK wait. The price is essentially the same across all companies at this point in time, so the major positives are availability and customer service. Also, they didn't require me to create some ridiculous 'account' with them or do a credit check to create said account. Thank you!

Wisser oil provides all the heater maintenance for all 3 of our oil fired EFM furnaces. They are trust worthy, and do great work. I would highly recommend them.
