Witte Plumbing & Heating

We have used Witte plumbing for many years and have never had a problem. I was in need of a plumber to repair or replace our garbage disposal if irreparable, we wanted replace a bathroom sink faucet and we needed to have a dripping bathtub faucet repaired. The plumber came and took care of the garbage disposal and bathroom faucet. He insisted there was no drip in the bathtub. There was no arguing with him. We still have the drip.. and paid a $532.90 for the bill. The plumber took 3 cigarette breaks in his truck and left urine on our toilet seat and floor when he used our bathroom. We called them the following day and spoke to Tom to tell him the plumber said we didn’t have a bathtub drip and we still have one. We requested a different plumber to come back, but was told he was the only on

A.O smith recommended Witte plumbing to do a service warranty call on my hot water tank. Called the first left a message with an answering service called a second time and asked to speak to Tom guy answers saying he’s not Tom explain to him what’s wrong and that I have a parts and service number and he admits to being that person after denying it and then states that he can but doesn’t want to be bothered with doing the work. Complete waste of time.

Prompt, courteous and efficient. Did the job in half of the price and in less time than another business who has come to do the same job one month previously. If you have a clogged drain and need a rooter service call Witte Plumbing.

Great job was here when they said. Removed old hot water tank and replaced it same day. Cleaned up and took old tank away. Very satisfied pricey but worth it.

Came very quickly to fix a problem for my 92 year old mother. Fairly priced. Will use again.
