We recently upgraded our kitchen countertops, backsplash, and added pendent lighting. This is the first big project we’ve done in our home and Walter and his team were phenomenal! The price quoted is what we paid and the project finished on time (1 week). Walter is very good with communication and checked in every morning and evening to review the progress each day. We are so pleased with our upgraded kitchen and cannot wait to begin future projects with Wivans Construction! We highly recommend them for anyone looking to tackle home renovations.

They resurfaced my deck and back stairs. The deck’s paint was peeling and some of the planks were warped and coming loose. They did a great job in repairing and repainting the deck and stairs. It looked like new!  We couldn’t be more pleased with the way it turned out.  They are very pleasant and friendly.  Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent work. Very detailed, professional. They finished my back yard stamped concrete, converted my garage to an extra living space, and remodeled the bathrooms. Recommended!!
