I recently used this company for interior painting through a Groupon, which seemed like a reasonable price, just wall painting and no trim or cutting. Initially set up was easy but after scheduling my appointment I did not receive a time on when the painter would come so I had to call. I called 2 days before my appointment, a Friday, my appointment was scheduled for that Sunday. The person I initially spoke to forgot that I even had an appointment and I had to remind him of our initial conversation, that was made 2 weeks prior. He advised he would call back in an hour with details. About 4 hours went by and I hadn’t heard anything back so I called, no answer, so I left a voicemail for a call back. A different person texted me 2 hours later asking if I could move by appointment to Saturday,

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. DO NOT USE THEM! They canceled on more than one appointment. I had to continuously reach out to them after they canceled to try to get back on the calendar. I requested a refund more than one time with no resolution. Months past with no word from them so I tried one last time to get scheduled even though all the events had passed that I needed this cleaning for. I thought I was actually going to get this resolved only to be sent a message confirming the appointment on their end. NO instruction for me to reply in any way, simply stating they were confirming my appointment. This message came in late at night and then they did not show up the next day for the appointment... Called him last minute. He still came out to clean my windows. Very polite. Highly recommend
