Wja Construction

Choice sent this company ( Junior) to my house to repair a light switch that has 3 light switches that control the same light. I wasn't home, so my son was there for the repair. I came back, and they do not work properly. They replaced the broken switch, but the 3 do not work together. Sometimes, one will turn the light on but not off, or another will do nothing. This is a wreck, and there is not a number for contact. I am furious and concerned about if this is a fire hazard.

I lost hot water and WJA was the contractor referred by 2-10 Choice Warranty. When contractor arrived, the first thing he said was the gas company shut off my water heater because I didn't pay the bill. I told him I was told by my realtor that everything is electric and the list of utility companies she gave did not include Dominion. Eyeroll. "This is gas" pointed at the instructions on the water heater.( This is the first time I had owned a home with a tankless water heater and I don't read technical instructions). He said the gas company will charge me $500 for free heating. Again, I didn't know I had gas. Eyeroll again. "Gas, gas, gas" he said while tapping on each pipe with his pen. So rude. Kept eyerolling and very impatient. I still had to pay the service fee even if there was no ser

I too was assigned WJA by home warranty to repair a toilet that we ended up just replacing. They were great. really nice and helpful. Told me about an issue with my floor that needed to be dealt with - they don't do that kind of work and didn't refer me they were just looking out for a customer. You don't get that a lot anymore these days. I would have hired them to do the floor work if that was something they did. Working with home warranty companies can be frustrating for both customer and contractor - I think we need to remember that when making judgements about the contractors they send out to us. I will say working with 2-10 has been overall pleasant. Much better than my experience with AHS. I appeciate WJA being willing to work with them and doing such a nice job.

My home warranty company sent them due to my toilet making a running sound & my shower making a dripping sound also. The guy came out, replaced the rubber piece in the back of the toilet (which was $1.50 part) & that’s it. The toilet started running right time he left & I had to turn the water to the toilet off! I called & the owner said they couldn’t be out for a week! I had to pay another plumber to come out, only to find out he didn’t put the correct size part in the tank. The repair guy for WJA couldn’t pay enough attention that I had to pay another plumber to fix it! I’m dropping my home warranty for even using their business. Don’t hire them, waste if money!

This company WJA Construction came ro my house to check an issue with my electricity. The technician asked me what is he suppose to do. I explained to him what was going on to include my porch light issue. He tighten the bulb, and said you still have to pay me sixty dollars. He never tested my electricity to find out the problem. He said ,it will probably need to be rewired. I will tell my boss. The boss submitted a false report, stating i had loose wires on my porch and the technician fix it. That never happen. The sad part is that chiice accepted this and denied my claim. Wow, right. How horrible is that. I told choice that was a lie. They continue to support a lie. Both companies are horrible.
