Wm. Proud Masonry Restoration

William Proud took a bit to get to my project, but once there, they were professional, timely, and did excellent work. I had poor pitched patio that allowed water into the home. They re-pitched the pavers into the drain, built a concrete wall so it drained into the alley as well, and solved my year old problem. Courteous as well.

We had extensive work done on the front of our townhouse. The expertise and craft of the workers were exceptional. During the process, we found each worker to be client-responsive and also offered their own expertise.

Billy and his team did some work at two of my buildings in the city. Very clean very knowledgeable with attention to detail. Billy has a great group of guys working for him and to see how much they work to make the company look good shows you how well Billy treats his guys. Great company and highly recommend them!!

They are working on the building next to my business, they had to put scaffolding over my business as well. When they took my business sign down instead of bringing it into my business (open at the time) the left it on the side of the street. A local business worker was nice enough to see a homeless lady kicking it down the street days later and returned it. They also put the scaffolding over my bilco doors to my business that will no longer pass fire inspection etc for my downstairs ….wouldn’t they know to ask me this first? They park their machinery outside of my business instead of the one they are working on (2yrs now) so my clients have no parking but don’t worry the business they are working on has parking !! Last is my favorite part, they throw ciggs off the roof & trash that set ou

Cant say enough good things! The people I spoke with on the phone were patient and great at communicating with consistent updates throughout the process even though it was peak season for what I needed done, I truly felt heard and appreciated. The workers and office people did an amazing job as a whole. Thank you WM PROUD!
