WM - Sheboygan Hauling & Transfer Station

I use wm for 8 yd dumpster trash pick up weekly and the service is horrible. Weekly the driver dumps the cans and leaves trash laying everywhere so i have to constantly pick up behind these guys. Instead of picking up trash bags and other trash that they spill during them emptying they just drop the dumpster On the bags of trash and leaving everything laying.

I had been with WM and or the company they purchased for decades and always paid our bills on time. We sold our property and as a result, no-longer required a dumpster so working with our WM account manager we arranged to cancel our contract and have it removed. The new owners of the property asked if they could have use of the dumpster for one more month and agreed to pay us for the additional month. They unfortunately paid WM online directly without telling us and we also paid the WM invoice for the added month once received. We contacted WM regarding the double payment, which they confirmed, and we requested a refund. After waiting 4 months and repeatedly being told we will receive the refund in 6-10 weeks and instructed if not received we should call back. After calling 4 times an

It's Garbage Pickup!!! They do a very good job, You leave the containers out (That they provide) and they handle everything. If there are delays, usually you will get an email, and they will be there the next day (Usually do in part to snow!)

I have had a couple of experiences contacting WM and have had a pleasant experience both times. Both times it was a short wait time and the person I spoke with was friendly and professional!

I don't know when y'all started charging a minimum dump fee, but it might be wise to tell your customers before they dump their stuff that it's a minimum of $60. I paid a little under $65 to dump 2 recliners. Last time I was there in 2021 when I had to dump some furniture it was around $10.
