I purchased a carpet cleaning from Groupon before family came into town. I scheduled the cleaning with Walter for a Tuesday afternoon, and by Tuesday evening, had not heard from the company. I repeatedly tried to reach them, but the voicemail was full. He finally called back, but said he was still in Maryland (I am in Prince Williams county) and he would reschedule for the next day. As I still needed my carpet cleaned, I accepted the new schedule. On Wednesday, Walter never called and never showed up for the 3pm appointment. I still have not heard from them, or Groupon and cannot recommend strongly enough not to use this company.

I bought a groupon for 5-room plus hallway clean. The first time I scheduled, for early July, they never showed. When I called, it sounded like they forgot about the appointment. The second time I scheduled them, I received a phone call about 10 minutes before they were scheduled to show up to let me know that they were not coming (not their fault - their truck was hit on the highway). The third time I scheduled, they were supposed to show up at 1:00 PM. After several calls, texts, and my husband even calling (some people only respond to men), I was able to finally get a refund from Groupon. They never pick up the phone, the mailbox is always full, and they simply do not honor appointment commitments.

These Guys are amazing! easy to contact and make appointment...very professional. They came out to do my carpet cleaning and I found out they also did refinishing of hardwood floors. Since they did such a great Job with my carpet steam cleaning, I had them come back and they did an amazing job with both projects! Fantastic work and GREAT PRICES. I am definitely calling them again to keep my home looking amazingly clean! Small Local business are essential to our economy and I am certain they will do great things in the future and I am happy to give them my support.

Worst company out there I call 10 times never got a call back then finally text with one person set up a time for Wednesday they dint show up I left work earlier because I need my carpet clean then no apologies or nothing I set another appointment for Friday guys never show up so I text 3 hours later I got a text back saying there was a flat Tire don’t use this people

Terrible customer service, my wife had appt set-up for today but company never showed or return phone calls and messages.
