WMW iParkit Garage

Garage is fine during the day but at night it’s a free for all. Break ins are a common occurrence. I work around the corner and myself and about 5 other colleagues have had our cars broken into, one even stolen. This was before the garage switched to iPark, but it’s still a common occurrence. Do not park here if it’s for the evening or overnight. It’s not safe and staff does nothing about it.

Be aware. Don’t park overnight here. Even the security guard admitted watching the individuals entering the building who did this and doesn’t call the police right away to prevent vandalism. My car and 2 other cars were severely damaged. Those thieves must have been on training day and couldn’t steal my car because of extra security measures I took. However they destroyed my steering wheel column and took other values. Look for other places, better pay $ 100.00 somewhere else where you don’t have to deal with your car gone or vandalized in this location. And BTW Good luck getting the police there, I waited at least 2 hours and no police showed up! Not important I guess

How can I pay a premium for parking and this stuff happens at your facility? On top I tried to make a report and there was nobody in the building to assist me with ? The office was close ? No answers , no phone nobody in charger . This is very sad .

Only two out of three elevators have been working all year, there are constantly outages with the exit banks causing back-ups, I’m currently sitting in my car on the fifth level writing this review having move half a level in 15 minutes. This garage is the worst.

It has been helpful with having a place to park while I'm at school. I'm sure I'll be there when the school term starts again after the winter break.
