When we found out that our cabinet people couldn’t provide our custom refrigerator panels—we were panicked! Then my husband thought of Wolf in the Woods. He met with Mr. Wolf, who assured him we were in great hands. They custom matched the style, finish and color perfectly. The installers were absolute professionals and the phone call from Mr. Wolf himself ensuring our complete satisfaction was the *chef’s kiss*. Under no circumstances should anyone hire Wolf in the Woods. Wolf is wholly unprofessional and employs unscrupulous, deceptive, dishonest business practices The showroom is a guise for fraud. I entered a contract with Wolf whereby all the cabinets had to be finished BEFORE the demolition of our existing cabinets, and once demolition commenced, Wolf had 10 days to complete the contract. He agreed and signed it. Wolf told me everything was ready and commenced the demolition. It was at that time Wolf told me he never ordered the doors, drawers and panels for the cabinets (which have a minimum 8-week lead time), and if he didn’t get paid in full, (although the contract had a specific payment schedule), he would not order them.
