I have been a WOLF customer in my restaurant for about 4 years. They are my number one call for all of my refrigeration needs. From the initial call in to the office to Elizabeth or Lynette, to the completion of the service call, their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL. They coordinate their service calls to accommodate avoiding my hours of operation which I greatly appreciate! They respond quickly to immediate service calls and get things up and running without any disruption in my business. Its a true partnership. The staff is extremely professional, I highly recommend giving them a call.

Wolf came out to give me an estimate on my old furnace. Shaun was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. I decided to replace the air conditioning at the same time. The installation went as planned. When they were finished they cleaned up as if they were never there. I would highly recommend Wolf Mechanical for all your heating, cooling, and water heater needs!

I highly recommend Wolf. I needed service on my Furnace. They were quick in responding. Shaun was professional, experienced and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He did what was needed in a timely manner. I now have heat! 5 star!!

I called Wolf on an extremely cold Saturday morning in February when we woke to an extremely cold home. Shaun was quick to respond to my call and was at our house within 30 minutes. He got right to work, found the problem and had the furnace running in no time at all. I was happy to share a cup of coffee and chat for a few minutes. Our old hot water heater started leaking yesterday. We called Wolf and they were here first thing this morning. Installed a new heat pump hot water heater. Great price. Great service!! Highly recommend them.
