We had an absolutely perfect experience with Joe. Main drain pipe decided blow out in the middle of the night - Joe responded via the neighborhood app almost immediately and was at our house the next day. Work done efficiently beyond expectations and for a VERY good price. Not to mention, he's also a super nice guy! Definitely recommend - 5 stars.

I hired [joseph broyles ] to install a 3-zone control board (Taco SR503) ]. I paid in full and the contractor missed appointed times, left the job unfinished, and did not return as promised. The wiring was not done correctly — my heating runs nonstop and I had to buy a new thermostat ($200) unnecessarily. He is not responding to calls or messages. I do not recommend hiring him. I had a terrible experience with Wolf Plumbing and Heating, especially with Joe. He was completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful throughout the entire job. He made a mess, caused unnecessary drama, and clearly didn't know what he was doing. Instead of fixing the issue, he made things worse and refused to take responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable or trustworthy service. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Joe came out when other plumbers didn't even call me back. Fair and honest prices. Joe cares. And also fixed my problem LOL.

Joe, besides being a nice guy, was knowledgeable, thorough, fixed the problem with no surprises… His assessment was accurate and he resolved the situation. He also put me in contact with Vecchio cesspool service. I especially like that he did not fabricate expenses that we’re unnecessary. His price was completely fair and his work was outstanding… I will definitely call him again… Plus he came out on a Sunday morning when no one else would… Thanks Joe!
