Wolverine Rocks and Rubber

Stopped in to buy a few rocks for our backyard. They could not be nicer in helping us. Their rocks are somewhat large, but we were able to pickout some small ones perfect for the job. Thank you for your kindness and beautiful rocks.

Ordered river rock for a raised berry beds area in my back yard. Ordered by phone thinking, how hard is it to deliver 1 1/4 inch smooth river rock??? I should’ve read the reviews for this place before ordering. It seems others have received wrong size, as well as too much dirt/soil. I’m not even wasting my time calling them, as I can see by other reviews… it won’t make a difference. Word of mouth to friends and family as well as a “NO STAR” review is what they have earned!!! Crappy rocks surrounding my custom built $3,000 raised berry beds… GRrrrrrrrrr!

I had a good experience with these guys up until my rock was delivered to my house. That is when everything went wrong and Wolverine would not do anything to fix it. The good. I went to inquire about rock, landscaping fabric, and delivery. I liked their display of decorative rock out front. Clear and concise made it easy to choose. I ended up Choosing their Artic Gray 2", 8 yards, and ordering some landscaping fabric. Delivery was quick, 2 days from ordering, and was delivered right where I wanted. Driver was great with all the confusion that was going on at my place. The bad. After the rock was delivered is where my concern started. The rock was horribly dirty. The size was not consistent either. There were lots of chips and rocks about 6 inches in size. Not just a little bit either.

I purchased a couple yards of 1” black and tan. I installed it next to black and tan that was installed the prior year, washed it and it looked nothing like what was installed the prior year nor what is advertised on display at the store. Instead of black and tan, they sold me gray. Even the sales rep thought it was the wrong rock. I left it up to the sales rep to make it right and she offered 1/3 of a yard more of the same rock. Nope! If you buy rock from this company, do not trust their quality as advertised. I never thought this would be necessary, but with this company you will have to walk out to the pile of rock and verify that it is clean and the color is what it should be. Instruct the loader that you do not want bottom rock and to pull from mid pile. This will help minimi

This place has all the outdoor material you could use at a reasonable price. I drive from Rexburg up to them because their pricing is so much better. Check them out for your mulch, rock, rubber and fire pit needs.
