Out of respect for my “No Soliciting” sign, he didn’t knock—he simply left a door hanger, flyer, and business card at my front door. When I got home and read the information, I was skeptical. This a company with fantastic customer service. I have had two very satisfying experiences with them in the last few years. In the latest episode the Texas Paint Store in Plano sold me the wrong stains and refused to give me refund to buy the right ones from someone else. After talking to the factory their local sales rep Mr. Nieman went out of his way to ship me what I needed in time for my deck work.
