We chose Wood-Stone Home Inspections because we thought we would have an experience like their other customers that gave great reviews but I was very wrong. Although Patti had great customer service the inspector had already started before our appointed time. We wanted to be informed and apart of our first inspection, feel comfortable and knowledgeable every step of the way but instead we received an inspection that was not thorough to where we’re walking away with an uneasy feeling about paying 810 dollars for. The inspector was mistaken about the year of the house and gave some incorrect information on our report regarding the location of nonworking outlets. I feel as if my family were ripped off due to the fact that he had requested my 4 year old to check if the outlets were working on

Andrew did a remarkably good job inspecting one house we decided against and another that we are in the process on. His inspections were thorough and informative. His report included pictures and facility to organize the repair schedules. After we finish the work on this house, we hope to engage his services on the old house as well.

The inspector was very pleasant. He pointed out a few things to me and made me feel a part of the inspection. He checked my electrical outlets, plumbing and appliances. He very thoroughly checked everything from my roof to my basement, and the entire exterior of my new home. I felt confident with my purchase, after knowing exactly what I was buying.
