When I moved to GA I had to leave my gas dryer behind. Picked up a scratch and dent from Lowes that kept giving me issues until I hired Woodards repair . Marc fixed me up , later fixed another appliance . So naturally when I moved to another home I bought a gull set of appliances through them back in 2012. Everything has worked flawless! Highly recommend them ! So polite and timely.

Technician arrived on site within 15 minutes of his phone call with new part to install for machine. I've used this company for at least 20 years and they are timely when called, mindful of your premises and very efficient. Whenever they've done a repair it has always held up to time and constant usage. Absolutely recommend them for your repair needs.

0 Stars if I could! DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATS0EVER!!! 0 STARS IF I COULD!! I CALLED THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX MY WASHER & FIRST HE SAID IT WAS FIXED AND SAID HE TESTED IT AND IT WAS WORKING..LIES!! IT WAS DOING THE SAME THING .HE LEFT I CALLED BACK AND HE SAID OH MY BAD IM SORRY I DIDN'T CATCH IT THE 1ST TIME ..IT IS ACTUALLY THE BOARD NOT THE VALVE ! THAT WAS $213.00 THE FIRST TIME..THEN HE SAID HE WOULD HAVE TO ORDER A BOARD AND HE WOULD COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT THE 2ND TIME AND I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $223.00 WELL HE CAME THE 2ND TIME AND ACTUALLY TOOK $229.00 FROM MY DAUGHTER FOR PAYMENT AFTER TELLING ME ON PHONE THAT IT WAS $223.00 HE TAKES AN EXTRA $6.00 ..SO THEN CALLS ME AND TELLS ME ..OH THEY SENT A DEFECTIVE BOARD SO .I WILL HAVE TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE.
