Contract was poorly written with multiple errors. When pointed out with updates, builder did not agree. My comments and updated were provided with 3 days (legal review period) of the review period. I canceled the contract as it did not meet our requirements. Builder wants us to pay for his time! What about our (Customer time)? I will never suggest this builder to my family and friends. Stay Away!
We worked with them to build a beautiful gazebo recently. A pleasure to work with and truly skilled at their craft. I am excited to work with them again!
