I love Woodcraft. I live browsing the tools, supplies and wood. The staff is always friendly.

I've been shopping here for over a decade and finally attended a bowl making class. The instructor, Gary, did a fantastic job of explaining each step, and I fell in love with woodturning. The co-owner Mark went above and beyond to help me pick out the tools needed. Highly recommend that you take a class, worth every penny!

Went in store to purchase an item end of June. Was told it would be in stock for us to pick up on the 7th. Long wait for an item that stated it was in stock; but okay. Called the 7th to confirm pickup, was told it wasn’t in yet. Called every 3-4 days after that and have had to pull information out of them each time. Finally got my first call from the store today. Items has back ordered since purchase. Apparently it will be a gamble if they can refund my purchase. So disappointing.

I've never had an experience like this before. I bought two Bora routers for over $400 each, and I've exchanged them three times because they're junk. On the fourth occasion, I tried to exchange them again. I got a wonderful surprise from this guy, telling me that he called the corporation and that he hadn't received any response. I told him to check the history on his computer and he told me that there was nothing there either because I lost the receiver. He told me that he would call me when he had an answer. His response was that he had a replacement router, but I would have to pay the full amount, and when he had information, he would let me know. The funny thing is that there are a number of people with the same problem, with the same Bora router that doesn't work. This guy's respons
