Not only did I use Wood Grains for my new cabinets in a remodel a few years ago (good quality job and product), my car broke down by their building and I had to leave my car overnight for a towing this morning. While waiting for tow the next morning, we had one of the workers or owner come check on us and offer to have us come inside while waiting. So appreciated the thoughtfulness especially with two small children in the car. Thank you Wood Grains for you your hospitality and concern. You’re “Great” Grains to me!

The cabinet's are nice not what we tried to get.was told I could have it the way I wanted because they were custom but pushed what they wanted to give me. The installation was flawless most of staff friendly and good at what they do.owener would not talk to me about the final bill. I didn't get what was in the contract. Was told if not paid in full he would lean my house not a place I would recommend.

I am on week 13 of a 3 day install. I can’t seem to get them to come out and finish. Cabinets are great but the customer service sucks. Unless of course you like getting the run around and lied to
