Woodlands Decks/Fences

Woodlands Deck constructed a new deck and repaired part of our fence. They did an outstanding job. They use quality products, they have the experience to make very helpful recommendations and their workmanship was excellent. They are hardworking and despite the bad weather we were experiencing, they worked between the rain so they could finish on time and within budget. We are very happy with this company and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality and fair priced deck or fence.

Woodlands Decks replaced / covered our old existing wood deck and cement patio with a beautiful composite deck. We are so happy with the completed project. Randy and his men were professional and meticulous through each step of the project. From getting samples & choosing color, to changes in anchors, and alterations to shape, Randy addressed the matter, made adjustments, and got it done. We recently replaced our wood decking with composite instead and are so glad we chose Randy at Woodlands Deck and Fence to do the job. Upon removing the existing decking, he discovered the framing had been installed incorrectly and was missing the foundational and cross supports necessary for long term viability, which he then spent several days correcting by adding 40+ support posts (each with a full bag of concrete), as well as the additional cross bracing needed to make sure the deck was structurally sound. Prior to doing that, he measured and marked every board to ensure as little waste as possible when ordering the composite boards in the lengths and amounts required to install a 900+ SF deck with no butt joints whatsoever. Woodlands Decks replaced my existing wood deck with a composite deck and repaired my existing concrete patio. They started when they said they would start, but the work took longer than expected, ultimately finishing in about 3 weeks (2 on the deck and 1 on the patio). The quality of materials was very good, and workmanship was also very good. Each piece of decking had to be fitted around my curved pool so was pretty tedious, however, Mr Ricardo was diligent in doing it right. That part was excellent. Randy was here every day sometimes alone and sometimes with 2-3 others. Work days were usually from 10a to 3-4p. They worked each day until completion. Had a formal contract and we had changes along the way and documented each with an amendment. Contractually all went very smooth.

Randy and his crew did a great job on our new deck and fence. Everything looks clean and solid. He showed up on time, stayed in touch, and the work was finished when promised. The backyard feels like a new space now. Highly recommend Woodland Decks if you're looking for quality and reliability.
