These people worked on my brother-in-laws house in Chesapeake. Smooth talking salesman, over-promised on workmanship and under-delivered performance. Did not pull permits for electrical, plumbing and HVAC work. Therefore, none of the work was inspected for proper workmanship and safety. Light switches in the remodeled living room trip circuit breakers when operated. Hid shoddy plastered walls with swirled paint. Destroyed the historic fireplaces with modern looking but non-functional fireplaces, after promising to restore them to original historic style. Never finished hardwood floor transitions between rooms. Declared "all work done" without final inspection/walk through with the owner.
