Brady is the most reasonably priced guy around, and I got plenty of quotes for the job. He knows this world inside and out, so if he makes a suggestion, I suggest you take it seriously. Especially when you don't realize how much excavating you're going to have to do whether it be a basement entrance job or cutting basement windows or whatever. The extra couple grand to have them excavate it themselves and haul all the dirt away is well worth it. Brady put up with my skepticism with patience and made sure the job was done right and made sure I got to see it all with my own eyes before expecting any money. Big league work on a huge project and I'm grateful I found them.

We used Woodward concrete cutting to remove a small area of our patio, they are a very busy company but they made the time to come do my very small project. Brady was responsive and we only waited a short time for him to dispatch a crew to cut a hole through our foundation for a dryer vent. A young man named Austin came to our house and we reviewed where the vent hole should go. Austin set up and drilled the hole quickly, he was not there more than 40 minutes. Unfortunately we discovered after he left that he had cut through a conduit that was in the cement providing power for a receptacle for the washer dryer. Because a portion of the house went dark and we did not understand why, we spent four hours trying to diagnose what happened.
