UPDATE: someone higher up in woodworks contacted me and he was excellent. He helped resolve our issue and was communicative through the whole process. Working with him has been an excellent experience and now I would definitely recommend and be a customer of woodworks again. This review is for the poor communication (or lack there of) with Frank. I’ve called numerous times, left multiple voicemails, and have not received any form of communication back. I was lucky to get through to him once but as I was speaking the line ‘disconnected’ and after calling back right away and multiple times after, I was left leaving yet another voicemail. Don’t expect any sort of communication or resolution if something happens with your order, even if the error was on THEIR END. Take your business elsewhe
