Wool Kitchen & Bath

The name of this place is different from what is posted online. The name on the storefront is called "Wool Plumbing Supply" the gps did not take me directly to the location, but once there I was able to browse the selection of vanities and other bathroom/ kitchen accessories...Unfortunately, I did not find the type of bathroom vanities I was looking for, and there was only one sales person, and she was busy with another client. However, I was able to speak to her after about a 10 minute wait, she was pleasant and informed me that she can order the vanities I wanted.

Waited 4 months for 2 Kohler faucets, finally came in and 1 was scratched. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They said “we will call Kohler and see if we can get them to send a new one” they couldn’t even be bothered, helping me to open the boxes to inspect everything when I came to pick it up. The parts person just sat there, barely spoke a word to me. I realize I’m just a single customer spending $1800 compared to their contractor to spend a lot more but I will never spend another dime here!

I have remodeled 3 homes now since the store opened. My items were well below internet prices and they can order anything you want. The store was clean with no orders my last visit and honestly here in FL if you don't dust every day you will see it, especially in such a bright open store. I deal with the same sales representative and she is always helpful. They do work with scheduled appointments so if you do not have an appointment and their schedule is full you will have to wait. This is not a Lows self service store and I have always received great customer care.

I ordered with my sales woman Teresa 2 Delta touch activated faucets in luxe gold in the hefty price of $1800+. When they arrived they were in the incorrect finish and would take 6-8 wks for replacements as they were “on back order”. I couldn’t wait 2 months without a sink faucet and told them to return them and issue me a refund, they only refunded us $1600+ which took a full month to receive on my Visa. I happen to review my credit card stats and compare my receipt and called them to ask why I was not issued a complete refund. Their response was “we are going to look into it,” I explained I don’t care what the reason is I just want a full refund as they made an error in ordering the products, in addition to the error my sales woman created with misspelling my last name and causing them

We went to Wool Plumbing for a farmhouse sink and faucet. We were greeted immediately by Breanne who made sure we bought what we needed. She went over each item we needed and presented the pros and cons of each item. This has to be one of the best home shopping experiences we have had. The service was beyond what we expected and the friendliest staff to work with …. Especially Breanne.
