The both gentlemen who conducted the evaluation demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and a high level of technical skill. I also appreciate the prompt response and the effort taken to arrive at my home in a timely manner. I paid to have my ceiling cut open in order to identify a water-leak issue coming from the upstairs hallway bathroom tub. Prior to the inspection, excessive water had been pouring from the living-room light fixture, so it was reasonable to expect the leak to originate from above. The technicians cut the ceiling in four separate areas; however, they reported that no water was coming from the tub, which I find unusual given the severity of the leak because we have a video proof which shows different.
