They were extremely responsive - answered my initial phone call quickly, had availability to resolve my carpet stain the very next day! They communicated with me throughout (when they were on their way, etc.) and took care of the grease stain on our carpet to our satisfaction. Thank you!

I wish I had found them years ago. Steve was very nice, a hard worker and did a great job. He did 2 area rugs and 2 love seats for us. It had been a while due to Covid and to being busy with other things. Time just got away from us. There was no obvious traffic patterns or stains on the rugs but the bottom of my feet showed the truth. Really made a big difference. I will be calling him back next year.

Our carpets look brand new after being cleaned by Steven this morning. For what it’s worth, unlike a lot of other companies, they did not ask me to leave this review. Due to the quality service and ease of working with them, I wanted others to know about how great they are!

I've used World Class Carpet Cleaning multiple times, and they always deliver excellent service. They're fast, friendly, and professional. After the job, they even left me shoe covers and a bottle of spot cleaner, which was a nice touch. My carpets always look great after they visit. Highly recommend!
